Blackcap has been operating as a VAT registered limited company since 1997. Before the formation of the company, Steve Hawker, its Managing Director, worked for several software houses which developed systems for IBM midrange systems.
Blackcap has since branched out and is able to take the user from the purchase of a computer, right through to the development of a package, and the generation of a website.
